Freelance Drywall & Metal Stud Installer (ZZP)
Overview
We are actively seeking three highly skilled and experienced Freelance Drywall & Metal Stud Installers (ZZP'ers) for an urgent, short-term project located in Amsterdam. This is an excellent opportunity for independent contractors with a 'Medior' level of experience to apply their expertise in a dynamic construction environment with an immediate start. The project is set to commence in the second week of August and is expected to last approximately three weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure, cut, and install metal stud framing systems in accordance with project blueprints and specifications.
- Execute high-quality plasterboard (drywall) installation, including precise cutting, fitting, and securely fastening panels.
- Perform various finishing works to ensure a smooth and professional surface, prepared for subsequent construction stages.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other tradesmen and the project management team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
Requirements
- Proven and demonstrable experience in metal stud framing installation.
- Extensive experience in plasterboard installation and general finishing works.
- Registered as a ZZP (self-employed / freelancer) in the Netherlands.
- Availability to commence work in the second week of August.
- Ability to commit to the full project duration of approximately three weeks.
