Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality masonry and bricklaying work according to project specifications and blueprints.
- Prepare and set out work areas, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment.
- Mix mortar and other bonding agents appropriately for various applications.
- Construct walls, partitions, fireplaces, and other structures using bricks, blocks, and stone.
- Ensure structural integrity and aesthetic finish of all masonry work.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with site managers, other contractors, and project teams.
- Manage your own time and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mason or Bricklayer, demonstrating a Medior level of expertise.
- Valid registration as an independent contractor (ZZP) in the Netherlands.
- Possession of own hand tools and necessary equipment for comprehensive masonry work.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to various project sites within the Amsterdam area.
- Ability to work independently, manage project timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.
