Maintenance Technician Infrastructure & Technology

For a leading client in the infrastructure sector, we are looking for a maintenance technician with extensive knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical installations. You will work in a dynamic environment where technology, safety, and collaboration are central.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible, together with colleagues, for the maintenance of technical installations within a large-scale infrastructure project. This includes:

• Electrical installations in and around tunnels or technical rooms
• Network and communication systems
• Energy supply systems (high and low voltage)
• Various building-related and mechanical installations

Your tasks will include:

• Performing scheduled maintenance (inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, functional testing)
• Troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance
• Locating and analyzing technical problems
• Replacing or repairing components and systems
• Keeping documentation up to date in digital maintenance systems
• Working in pairs with colleagues from your own team or other technical disciplines
• Attending training to learn how to maintain specialized installations

For this position, you need to be available a few weekends per year.

• Experience with electrical or mechanical maintenance
• Knowledge of systems such as: ventilation, pumps, valves, switches, hydraulics, emergency systems
• Good digital skills
• Proficient in the Dutch language (both spoken and written)
• VCA VOL (or willing to obtain this)
• Additional certificates in the field of electrical engineering or control technology
• MBO level 3 or 4 in technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or energy technology
