Key Responsibilities
- Execute a wide range of plumbing installations and maintenance tasks within commercial and existing building environments (excluding private residential projects).
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of junior plumbers, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure all plumbing work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, demonstrating a strong problem-solving ability.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively, working autonomously and as part of a larger team.
- Maintain and operate a company-provided, fully equipped service van.
- Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience as a plumber, specifically within commercial and existing building sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively guide and train a junior team.
- Strong technical knowledge of various plumbing systems and installation techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and make sound decisions on-site.
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
